I serve at the Secretariat of Public Security of the State of Veracruz, within the Undersecretariat of Operations, where I provide internal advisory support through strategic administrative and operational analysis to strengthen institutional governance and executive decision-making. My work focuses on the governance and technical oversight of public investment projects—particularly strategic procurement and equipment—along with the design of executive reporting, control frameworks, and performance indicators to ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and effective resource allocation.
